They did a walk through with me and asked questions about what I wanted and liked, then helped me choose the best options.  They asked about my budget as well. I purchased three sets of vertical blinds for my three sliding glass doors, Roman shades for my kitchen and dining room, cellular shades for four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and living room, and a Norman smart drape for the family room.
