Left incomplete job in October 2022. Just walked away. WON’t RETURN MY MONEY! > > Major addition to my home. KP made several errors (new rooms are not square). Biggest mistake was incorrectly pouring concrete slab for a hot tub and gazebo. Refused to acknowledge error and remove and replace concrete. Wanted to pour more concrete on top of existing (new concrete does not adhere to existing!). > Left the job in autumn with exposed wood, no windows, open to weather and wildlife. > Will not return calls, refused to mediation by Consumer Protection Ontario officer.
