I got several bids, but could just tell from the way that Chance handled the process that he would do an excellent job. This is a huge problem, especially when you have a wooden subfloor. Chance diagnosed the problem and together we planned a rebuild that included removing the entire shower down to the studs, removing walls, and rebuilding from the ground up. He also recommended that I move the shower head up higher and so we went with a rainfall shower coming down directly from above. My step-father is a building inspector and he concurs that Chance used very high quality materials. The end result? My shower is awesome and doesn’t leak!
