The day I signed my contract with Darrell, he went up on my roof and temporarily sealed it off so that it would not leak any further until he came out to install my new roof. His turn around time is about a week from the day you sign a contract to installation. I have a small cape cod and they were done by lunch time. The shingles he uses are a little more expensive but the 50 year warranty is worth it! He gives his customers a 'homework' sheet of things they need to be prepared for when he is installing their roof. That was extremely helpful to me!
