## Community Q&A

**Q: Floor grout turning to powder** *(in Other)*

My new house that I'm in a little over a year has had the floor grout turn almost to powder even after being replaced 2-3 times. We used Mapei terra cotta grout with ceramic tile inlaid between Bellawood strips. Underneath the tile is Duroc. Any ideas on why the grout is turning powdery and coming up?
