They charged us $150.00 up front, came out to the house and found out it was an electric pool heater, told us they do not work on electric pool heaters, but kept the $150.00. They should have asked me when I called if it was electric or gas. We could have avoided this all together. When I called them to say that I thought they should reimburse me the $150.00, I was met with much contentious verbiage. They have terrible management there. I know this is only $150.00, but now days every little bit counts. And I feel like I was ripped off. I would never use a company like this for anything in the future. For example, we recently had a 'mystery' leak that required extensive testing and repairs. Our pool repair tech, Jeremy, was absolutely incredible. He never gave up, and he visited the site no less that 10 times to meticulously test and repair various issues.
