The seal around the shower door kept coming off. When I called him, he acted like it was My fault that it was off. I had to call him a second time about the same problem. To date the molding is off again. He installed a new toilet, an its been leaking around the seal an loose in the floor. The plumber, I hired said it was not installed properly. I called Marcus about this an he said he would see about this but never showed. He took us through the warehouse to show us actual slabs to make sure that we got what we wanted. As a result, we selected a different stone than we started with because of what we saw when we viewed the actual stone. Ultimately, Marcus installed sheets of marble with a very nice pattern that Marcus aligned perfectly. Our shower is now the main focal point of the Master Bath and is truly a work of art!
