His project managers Manny was super easy to work with and his subs are very professional. We lived in the house while they were building out the rental unit, and every day they made sure the place was clean. The team at CentrePoint was diligent and could not have been easier to work with. The ADU has all the amenities small kitchen, walk-in shower, bedroom, living room and washer/dryer unit. The contractor on the project Alon recommended what should be added to the ADU to get the most for our buck when renting it out. I couldn't recommend them enough.
