What started with a well defined project scope immediately uncovered a substantial number of hidden surprises. These were all dealt with and repaired correctly to a state better than the original construction and options discussed. The before and after pictures are impressive enough from an outside view, but knowing the extra details that went into not just appearance, but water mitigation and proper construction techniques, was exactly what I expected and got.
