> The worst customer service ever! I bought 6 slabs from them and they all had cracks that would compromise the integrity of the stone. instead of giving me a full refund they charged me a restocking fee plus a fee to move the stone. The cracks weren’t noticed until after I paid for them and I returned them within 24 hours of the purchase. The guy was such a jerk that he told me “to get a lawyer if I wanted a full refund.” There is nothing in their policy or terms stating I couldn’t return them. Plus, it wasn’t my fault they were selling me faulty slabs. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with any stone wholesaler. STAY AWAY!
