> Mark and his team designed a gut renovation for my upper west side apartment. Design was great with an emphasis on flow and closet space, my husband and my priorities. Construction started and then came the pandemic. Mark and his team were attentive and handled a difficult situation well. They oversaw construction with a lot of rules and setbacks. My husband and I couldn’t be any more pleased with the outcome and thank Mark (we nicknamed him Markatect) and his team for delivering even more than we expected.
