> Marcusse builds a beautiful home.  I also appreciated having a designer that helped bring it all together.  The biggest issue we came across was needing some repairs done to our home once it was completed.  It took almost two years to get everything on the list finished.
> I am not completely sure why this is, but it seems that there are communication issues at all levels between the builder and it's contractors.

> As of Oct 2023, all but one of the items have been completed.  I am thankful that the builder and it's contractors were able to get the jobs done and stood by their work, but I feel like this could have been done with a lot less stress and frustration on everyone's part.

Can you tell me who makes the stone and what it is called?  Also is it the same stone that is used on the outside of the house?  Thank you

A: Hi! That interior stone around the fireplace is the same that we used on the exterior as well. It is Shadow Ledge Buckingham, by Plygem. And we laid it with a drystack.

hello could you please tell me how my tiler can do this no architrave on the window look. do i have to buy a special tile? mt

A: Thank you! The tile on the jamb portion of the window is just a bull-nosed tile so that the edge looks finished and curls down to meet the tile on the wall.
