My Mother lost her garage in February 2023 due to heavy snow and ice and Top Down Construction was the first company I called for my Mother, and I am so glad I did. Derek and his team were there examining the garage the same day and were kind and patient every step of the way. They were willing to work within a budget from the money my Mother received from the insurance company, provided insight and ideas on what she could have built, and gave amazing customer service and answered all of my Mother’s questions and concerns. Sandness, April 2022** > We called Top Down Construction for a small job after high winds tore shingles off of our garage roof and left the peak facia on one side detached and dangling. > > We telephoned Top Down on Thursday and the three person crew, ladder and tools came to our home the following day early afternoon. > > Derek, Cal, and Dave were friendly, greeted us by name, shook hands and walked with us to the back yard to assess the repair needed. > > The snow was still deep and two men positioned the ladder safely, held it, and one man, followed by a second climbed up onto the roof. We provided a wide broom to clear the snow at the garage ridge. The located loose shingles were reattached. The man on the ground cut our spare shingles to complete the job - a couple of shingles were hidden under snow further down the roof. > > Derek reattached the dangling piece of trim. He noticed that the tendrils of the Virginia creeper vines had worked into and under the trim causing it to be vulnerable to the wind. Now your new roof will last for many years. thank you for the review .-Derek **★★★★★ — Water damaged brick front, April 2022** > We had significant water damage finding a path behind our real brick face of our home and due to no flashing behind the brick it created a path to the inside entry wall and floor. The whole brick front had to come down, the entryway didn’t have a wall and my floor was gone. As terrible of a situation this company went above and beyond in a time materials were in shortages and costs high to find available supplies and work with me within a budget. The skill level across the board of these guys was phenomenal. And they were fast! They did everything from start to finish with attention to detail. The craftsmanship was unheard of. The skill was top notch. Customer service was great. There is some real pride in their work!
