They are open and friendly but thoroughly professional and everyone on their team is dedicated to doing quality work. They refreshed my whole house including a full remodel of the kitchen and two bathrooms. They took a dated house full of DIY fails and turned it into an oasis. Our master now looks like our own personal spa and the kitchen is so open and warm it looks bigger than it was when they started – even though we didn’t move any walls. In addition, they were able to complete the job within the promised timeline even though I kept throwing in little add-ons that weren’t in the original scope of the project. They were also one of the few contractors I talked to who didn’t make assumptions about my budget based on my non-Summerlin address. If you hire them, you will not be disappointed. **★★★★★ — Matthew Bouchard, Dec. 2024** > The upgrade for our master bath from an unused soaker tub and narrow shower to an expanded shower with rain head and side jets plus linen shelves was expertly completed by Top Remodeling. Tom was our initial point of contact and he stayed with us through the entire project. He was super helpful with the initial planning and design, taking our ideas and making them even better. He then provided a reasonable and accurate quote for the project. Once we decided to move forward, a very detailed contract was drawn up listing all the work to be completed and amounts due to correspond with the completion of each portion of the project. When the work began, the team was meticulous about protecting the floor from the front door all the way through the house (including stairs) and throughout the work area. They also protected the entire master bedroom with dust covers to reduce the spread of work dust. Throughout the project, Tom constantly communicated via text with us about schedule for each day for his team and followed up with regular visits to check the work and to ensure all our expectations and requests were being met. He even identified small additional issues (grout coming away around our sink that was not being changed or impacted by the project) and offered to include in the work for no additional cost. Later there was an issue with obtaining a particular piece of hardware we had requested and Tom quickly offered a comparable solution that was less money and made sure to include a credit for that change. Each worker they used was professional and meticulous about their work. The entire project was completed wonderfully and multiple follow-ups were made to ensure every last detail was completed as expected or better. We would 110% recommend Top Remodeling for any home remodeling work you might be considering.
