> Doreve Nicholaeff of Nicholaeff Architecture + Design has designed two lovely homes for me.  One is a waterfront home with undulating curves that mirror the landscape.  The other is a downtown condominium apartment with thoughtful geometry that enlivens the space. Doreve and her design team did an exceptional job designing each project based on our program and by innovatively expanding on that program as we went through the design phase.

You can usually spot a Doreve Nicholaeff home, when you see one it usually provokes a "WOW  that's incredible". She has a gift few do. The interior detailing as nice as the exterior.

Love the Floors!!

A: These floors are custom teak and holly which is made up of individual strips of teak and holly flooring.  You can also source a veneered plywood that has this look but is not made to be used as flooring.  You can use the plywood for furnishings and built-ins.
