The design work was excellent and the owner listened to us and helped with many of the decisions for style and colors. There was a lot of tile work done as well as a pantry installed. Our master bath was completely redone. Most of the work was done well with few complaints. Our only concern was that there was not enough supervision and some problems with uneven tile and a very small amount of the sheet rock finish work were discovered after the work was done. Although we were offered solutions it would have meant tearing out part of what was done to re-do the work and we were just tired of the mess. And they managed to maintain the eclectic charm and integrity of our turn-of-the-century home by providing an update that melds well with the overall flow of the home, but also provides a low-maintenance, contemporary solution (that looks great!). Small vanity was replaced with two separate vanities, new tiled shower, heated tile floors, new electricals and a hot water tank installed under closet for immediate hot water access for master bath.
