> So it's been a year since we had our kitchen finished by Chad and his team of trades and I thought this review would be good in the sense that we've had some time to live with everything, test everything and find anything that may may be of concern. What I can say is the amount of detailed work that went into this by Chad put my mind at ease and the finished kitchen and all the smallest details taken care of. Chad had ideas that he will explore, will suggest things for whatever you're contemplating that may be helpful and is open to any changes or revisions without any problems. This made us feel at ease about the project and it evolved into a space that we love and wouldn't change till this day. Everything was installed well, custom fittings were made by Chad who seemed to have the know how to do whatever needed to get done.
> One thing that we would try to do better when dealing with Horrill Construction again is being up to speed on how delays affect timelines, but other than that...the kitchen looks amazing, I still walk into it and can't believe it's mine. We would definitely use Horrill Construction again. If you have specific questions please msg me...

A: It is a smooth modular brick made by Endicott Clay Products. The colour/style is Manganese Ironspot. It was purchased through Alsips Building Products In Winnipeg.

What kind of floor tile is that?

A: Sorry I don't recall the name but they are an 8x12 tile in a linen colour

**Q: Who is the manufacturer of the garage door? Is it painted steel, or wood? Thank you.** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It is embossed steel with a painted finish - "Golden Oak' by Richards-Wilcox
