We gutted the kitchen, family room, hallways and guest bath. Although we had most of our ideas formulated, the team at 3D continually came up with great suggestions and alternative materials to improve our project's appearance, design and function. The quality of the work is excellent and we have had numerous positive comments from everyone who has seen the finished product. Our team at 3D were always conscientious, quick to respond to questions and concerns and followed through promptly during every phase of the remodel. We were out of state during the winter remodel. We had complete trust in 3D to complete the project to our satisfaction. It was clean, stunning and even more impressive to walk into a "new" condo the next spring. Our remodel was completed on time, and any issues we needed to follow up with were handled in a timely manner. Our introductory meeting at our home just felt right. They're a goodhearted, enthusiastic team that collaborated with our vision flawlessly. Our mission was to keep our walk-out basement as is and completely tear down our main floor and add an upstairs. To complicate things, we needed to keep our poured concrete deck that was attached to the house. A daunting project that 3D tackled without a pause. Mike, our contractor, was ALWAYS available for a quick call, answer questions and explain the process. He was instrumental in this project- our working relationship was awesome. He's just an all around knowledgeable, great guy that went the extra mile! In fact, their entire team were professional, perfectionists and just fun to be around. We love our new home! What are they called? A: They are roller shades (provided by an Interior Designer) operated by a remote (with electrical wiring) **Q: what are the floors?** *(in Photo Questions)* Can you tell me what brand and color/design name are the floors? A: In this case, the Owner provided their own floor, so I have no record of it.
