> I had a pipe burst and had to have a bathroom redone as well as some additional repairs throughout the hall and living room. I love my new bathroom, painted walls and new flooring throughout the house. My experience working with Integrity Home Improvements was enjoyable. I especially liked that there are so many skilled employees who are professionals and are truly talented in each of their trades. I look forward to working with them again and I would definitely recommend this company for home improvements/repairs.

> We highly recommend Ryan, his Forman Jesus, and the entire IHI Team to complete your remodel!
> -The scope of our remodel was full kitchen(with wall removal for open concept) and Dining/Living Room update (including new Fireplace facia).
> \- H3 Design Team (us) made all selections with consultation with Ryan
> \- We were at the site almost everyday for the 3 month duration (not because they needed us but because that is the kind of client we are!)
> \- During that time we observed a team of Professional, skilled, knowledgeable workman who were also courteous, honest, and trustworthy!
> \- The project was only slightly delayed due to Covid situations including back order. There was someone on the job every single day moving our project forward!
> \- We absolutely made the right decision in choosing Integrity Home Improvements and we are now

**Comment from Integrity Home Improvements, Inc.:**

> Hello! We're so glad you enjoyed our service! You all were a pleasure to work with!

**★★★★★ — matt duncan, July 2020**

> We hired Integrity to transform our completely unusable backyard into a beautiful and modern outdoor retreat. They knocked it out of the park! For less than competing bids they were able to transform our sloped, hazardous and unusable space into a functional, kid-friendly, and maintenance free outdoor living space, while also maximizing canyon/mountain views! Aside from creating something we use every single day, they also undoubtedly increased the value of our home. From the consultation on design and materials best suited for our specific needs (and budget!), to the professional, punctual and precise buildout, the Integrity team delivered at a level exceeding our expectations. They were such a pleasure to work with. Thank you Integrity Home Improvement for creating a space where my wife and I can make extremely happy memories with our family and friends!

> Integrity Home Improvement remodeled both our bathrooms into luxurious, modern baths including a steam room. His ability to clarify our wants and desires, guidance through the selection process and, most importantly, quality of workmanship is outstanding. We interviewed 10 other contractors and Ryan from Integrity was clearly the right pick. Communication was exceptional. There was a specialty trade workman working every day. We always knew who was coming. Completely trustworthy. Very reasonable prices and very easy to work with. Stayed in budget the whole way. Beyond highly recommend.

**★★★★★ — Veronica Sol, Jan. 2018**

> We utilized Integrity for a large bathroom/kitchen repair remodel. We were truly impressed by the professionalism and the quality of work from their team. Despite minor glitches, they were completely receptive to feedback and made sure everything turned out just as we wanted it. We would definitely utilize them in the future and would recommend them to others. Great job!

>
> After being disappointed by other contractors, we met Integrity Home Improvements’ representative, Yvonne, at a home show. She assured us that Integrity Home Improvements would provide quality work at a reasonable price. She said Ryan Parkinson was honest and dependable. She was right!
>
> We planned to have nearly the entire interior of our home remodeled. Ryan understood what we wanted. He designed and planned the project. Ryan has an architect and a designer’s eye and he did a great job. The project took 4 months to complete –with us living in the house during the remodel - and it went off without a hitch. Our home remodeling project came out beautifully! Just the way we envisioned it.
>
> His employees were diligent, knowledgeable and showed pride in their work. There was no down time during the project. All the employees did a quality job and were trustworthy. We especially want to thank the electrician, Javier; the painter, Ozzie; the finish person, Ramon and the supervisor, Marcos, who kept everything moving.
>
> Integrity is definitely the key word in Integrity Home Improvements. We highly recommend them!

> Here is an excerpt from the company's mission statement posted on their website - "We feel strongly that all potential clients should become our customers so that we can ensure their positive experience." They also quote themselves as being "Reachable & Responsive". Words from the owner, Ryan - "It is important to me to conduct our business in an honest, forthright fashion, which is unfortunately not common-place in our industry."
>
> As of this writing, it appears we have wasted over 30 days dealing with this company, most of which was spent waiting for answers to our questions regarding their bid for our total kitchen remodel. This being said, our extremely negative opinion of Integrity Home Improvements has now been born, despite what their published mission statement seems to imply.
>
> Our opinion of the company comes in part from this - Our latest questions regarding their bid were submitted to company sales rep Mario Lemus on May 22, 2016. 17 days later and we had yet to receive contact regarding answers to our questions (no return emails, unanswered texts, no return phone calls). Our many attempts to contact Mario since May 22 have also been answered with silence. Given Mario's abrupt disappearance, we must assume he has decided to cease contact with us midstream of the bid aspect of the process.
>
> We did receive a phone call from "Yvonne" shortly after May 22, inquiring as to how the process between us and Mario was progressing. We advised Yvonne that Mario is not timely with his replies and we were currently again waiting to have additional questions answered regarding the bid. Yvonne stated she would contact Mario and remind him that we were waiting. As mentioned, more than two weeks later, we still have not received a response from Mario, despite his being prompted by Yvonne. Additionally, no one else affiliated with the company has contacted us to offer any explanation for this lack of communication.
>
> At this time, we have obviously decided to stop wasting our time chasing this company and take their lack of response, poor follow through, and obvious disrespect of potential clients as a clear indicator of how roughly our job would have progressed. On the bright side, we consider this experience an indicator that a bullet was dodged.
>
> Given the sheer number of San Diego area based home improvement firms in existence, one has to wonder why a company presumably in business to acquire customers and make money would have their reps spend a significant amount of time and energy with a potential customer, both in the office and the customer's home, only to suddenly disappear amid the process, thus becoming excluded from consideration for a very sizable payday.
>
> In the future, at least give your potential clients a modicum of respect by letting them know you are about to cease contact with them accompanied by an explanation. You should also consider revising your mission statement to something more accurate. Thank you for wasting so much of our time.
>
> Update: 6/23/16 It has now been 30 days and still zero contact from these guys. No emails, no phone message, no text message, no explanation, no apology, nothing.

> Our condo HOA used Integrity Home Improvements several years back for a repair project and they did a decent job, so recently when we needed to get a bid on having some balconies rebuilt, I called them to schedule a time for them to come out and give us a bid for the work.
>
> I met Ryan at the property, we discussed what we needed done, and we agreed that he would provide a preliminary estimate for the HOA board to consider. The agreement was that he would get the estimate to me by the middle of the following week. The next week came, and I heard nothing from Ryan. A week after that, still nothing, so I emailed Ryan directly, still no response. I then sent an email directly to Yvonne, who is the office contact for IHI, yet again, no response from her. So now I call the office and spoke with another person, who told me that Ryan had just been really busy, but would definitely get me the estimate by Wednesday of that week. That was last Wednesday, three weeks after my meeting with Ryan. It is now the Sunday after I was last promised that I would get the estimate, and guess what? Still no response.
>
> I am very disappointed with the careless and unprofessional manner that my request for a proposal has been handled by Ryan and the entire IHI office. Perhaps Ryan is under the impression that he is the only busy person around, and that his customers' time is of little consequence. As an unpaid volunteer board member for our association, trying to address our property maintenance needs outside of my full-time job, I really resent having my time wasted and being treated in such a disrespectful way. At this point, I would never consider doing business with this company again.

> Integrity Home Improvements is as good as it gets! We were very fortunate that our neighbors referred them to us. They just completed a total kitchen remodel, partial bathroom remodel and installation of 2 windows. We have never had a better experience with construction and we have had many projects over the years. Sharing my vision for a kitchen design, owner Ryan made it happen! Those who worked on the project were professional, respectful, neat and did excellent work.. Our house was left clean every day. Supervisor Jerahmee was on top of every detail. Ryan and Jerahmee advised, took charge, updated us at every step of the project and completed the project on time. We will use this company again for any project we have in the future, that's for sure!

> Integrity Home Improvements completely gutted and remodeled our condo, and 7 years later their works is aging well. Their work is of the highest quality and built to last. And, during the remodel process they made numerous recommendations that were based on quality and the theme of our remodel. And, if you need minor changes or updates down the road, Integrity is available to help.
>
> Integrity's work is the highest quality and their work is built to last.

> Integrity Home Improvements is a great company and we would definitely use them again! Ryan was great to work with in every facet of the job, right from the initial meeting to job completion. We hired Ryan and his company to remodel our bathrooms here in Pacific Beach. Ryan met with us and took his time laying out our options and then met with us again to give us an estimate. The estimate was nearly 30% lower than an estimate we got from an equally reputable company, which was great. And the final price of the job did not deviate from this.
>
> Ryan makes it easy because his estimates include pretty much everything needed to complete the job. And the things that aren't on the estimate (i.e - tub, fixtures, etc), he makes very clear and offers suggestions to stay within budget. Ryan then spent an entire Saturday morning shopping with us to pick out the tile, fixtures, granite, etc. Thru the whole process we did not have a question as to what was going on or how much things were going to cost, etc. Ryan set us at ease right from the beginning, which my wife and I thought was a big deal because other companies gave us estimates that left us guessing.
>
> The job started right on time and the workers of Integrity Home Improvements could not have been more professional when working in our home. And during the job Ryan was always easy to get a hold of if any issues came up.
>
> Hiring Integrity Home Improvements was a great decision and our bathrooms look amazing. Since we live at the beach they are smaller than most normal bathrooms but the job Ryan and his team did really make both of our bathrooms look modern and updated. We would definitely hire them again for future remodeling jobs!!

> used Integrity Home Improvements to do an addition of a second story on my home. After researching and meeting with various design/build firms over a year period, I chose Integrity. Prior to beginning my project everyone whom I told that I was adding on warned me to expect a long, stressful process. We lived in our house during this remodel and it was not bad AT ALL!! A large plastic wall separated my living space from the work that was being done. This minimized dust( there will always be dust) while giving me privacy while I was home and there were people working in the house. Ryan works very closely with you when designing the layout and choosing all the finishes. All while keeping my budget and allowed amounts for finishes in mind. I even made some significant layout changes which were done without hesitation. I was given a certain time line and the project was completed about 10 days after the promised date( and this was after all the changes/additions that I had made to the project). From what I have heard, that is GREAT!!
> Ryan and Jerahmee are great! They were very responsive to my many and frequent questions/ideas via email, telephone and text. Both also very trustworthy guys! All of the people working for Integrity are also trustworthy and hardworking. The majority of my project there were people working on Saturdays( which was no problem for me).
> I am pleased to say that my completed 2nd story bedroom and bathroom were EXACTLY how I had envisioned and I am SOOOO happy with my finished project!
> I would HIGHLY recommend Integrity and will use them again for any future projects!

## Community Q&A

**Q: can you give me the two wall colors used above and below he chair rail** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I'm sorry, I don't recall exactly. The color below the stripe is actually a porcelain tile, from Dal Tile, CY03. The deco tile is by Illumini, don't have record of the color, maybe Lake? Paint color, I don't have that record handy, but definitely a gold/beige color

**Q: Tile** *(in Photo Questions)*

Do you know the brand of the backsplash tile?

A: It was by Stone & Pewter Accents

**Q: What countertop material and color was used here?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Silestone Stellar Snow

**Q: Love the countertop and backsplash! What is it and where from?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Counter is by Silestone, Stellar Snow. The backsplash is by a company in the bay area that the customer ordered, I'm honestly not sure of the vendor. We custom made a template and they shipped textured glass, in approximately 12" sections

**Q: Are these the original cabinets that were repainted?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Did you change or add any cabinets?

A: They are citation cabinets that we built and installed. However, we do many jobs where we replace doors and refinish the cabinets so they look like new.
