We are doing "cost plus" so do not really know the end outcome as far as cost as yet, and we do add the off divergent request! They and their crew are very tuned in to our wishes and seem to adapt well in most cases and we have only had one hiccup on ordering product in good time, but otherwise they have proved valuable in sourcing materials and getting the trades people on site on short notice when needed which is something we think we could not have done ourselves. This was some time ago. having said that, most tubs cab be mounted in this same way, you just need clearance below. what you don't see in the picture is that there is 8' of clearance below to the ground.
