**★★★★★ — 41 West, Dec. 2015**

> As a builder in Naples, Florida, we recommend Keith and his team at Michael Willoughby & Associates to anyone in the Detroit Metro Area, as well as anyone who owns in Naples, Bonita Beach, or Marco Island, who wants to either design and build a custom home, or wants to remodel a luxury home or condo.
> Keith understands that you want your own special place, that reflects your style and taste. It is imperative that you trust the team you have chosen to design your dream. Michael Willoughby & Associates is a team you can trust and we highly recommend them.

**★★★★★ — k092654, Nov. 2013**

> I can't begin to tell you what a difference it made having MWA and particularly Keith Logdson on our team during the construction of our carriage house. We live in a period home and it was very important to us to respect the history of the home and to make any accessory buildings sympathetic additions to the property. Keith was on board with that idea right from the start. No idea was left unexplored and no detail was too trivial ( I'm sure I drove him crazy with my insistence on keeping things "authentic" to the look of an old outbuilding).
>
> Keith followed the project to turnkey, was professional and an absolute pleasure to work with during every stage of the build. The rest of the people with whom I came in contact at MWA were equally adept and personable in everything they did.
>
> In addition, the company is well respected within the building department at city hall because they consistently provide good work; this makes the approval process a smooth and timely process.
>
> Working with MWA was a pleasure from the first concept drawing through the final architectural details of the interior of the structure!

> Keith Logsdon of Michael Willoughby and Associates did a fantastic job of understanding the concept
> we were trying to create.
> He was able to make our concept become a beautiful finished rear yard, pool area, and covered outdoor living area that we will enjoy for years.
> Thank you Keith.

**★★★★★ — Casey, Oct. 2013**

> I can't say enough good things about our experience with Keith at MWA. He nailed down exactly what we wanted quickly (and with rather vague descriptions!) and managed to transform our dull colonial into a house we absolutely love.

  - Description: In addition to a adding a bar in the existing living room and some minor interior renovations, the most significant work on this project involved adding a covered porch with a stone fireplace and outdoor grilling area, terrace, in-ground pool, spa and a cabana. The site had a rather severe slope in the back yard and had a tired-looking stacked masonry retaining wall that supported the existing patio but also blocked the view of much of the yard. The goal, in addition to the elements noted above,…

  - Description: This Shaker-style home is located in Metropolitan Detroit, where one can be near the city, but still enjoy the natural landscape that the Great Lakes state has to offer. It is clear from these photos that the design of these spaces was centered on the natural light, natural ravine, and existing tree line features of the property to add to the ardor of this home.

  - Description: This project was a kitchen addition taking a small bungalow into a stunning new show stopper. We worked closely with the talented MWA (Architect), Stoffer Home (Cabinetry), and an enthusiastic and creative home owner (Jan) who really made this project special. Partnering is where the most beautiful projects are formed and this one had it in spades.
