> Ellen Smith undertook a renovation/refresh of  our entire first floor to coordinate with a kitchen remodel, choosing all finishes and furniture for family room, living room, dining room, powder room, foyer and stairway.  Trade work included hardwood floor refinishing, new french doors to outside, drywall to replace wooden paneling, painting, custom built-in cabinetry and bookcases, new crown molding, chair rail, fireplace mantle build up,  all furniture and oriental rug selection and window treatments design and installation. She managed the trades persons on the job and smoothed over any questions before they became concerns,

Her contractors were very professional. Our condo has never looked better.
