> I.E.R.’s principal, Stacy Monnar, designed and oversaw the complete build-out of our condominium in 2008,  located in a new building with developer-grade finishes, which I did not like. The project included custom wood and stone flooring inside and out, a complete overhaul of the kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances, faucets, sink; custom design of 3.5 baths, all bedrooms, custom woodwork throughout, custom closets throughout. In other words, she took the condo back to bare bones, overseeing demolition and installation, including all surround sound systems, TVs, and lighting system. She selected all fabrics for furniture, drapes and all soft goods, as well as all furniture, including outdoor furniture, and all lighting throughout, including the design of an amazing walnut soffit housing lighting in the den. In addition, she selected all doors, from the main door to all interior ones and their hardware. She did a wonderful job. In 2012, when we moved from the condo, she worked on our house kitchen redesign, selected all fabrics for window treatments, furniture selection, powder room redesign, and opened up walls to provide the illusion of higher ceilings in certain parts of the house. In 2016, we moved again, and she once again was involved in updating our place, providing input and ideas on how to modernize without going through a huge renovation, which I did not want to undertake. Stacy is delightful to work with, always calm under the stress that renovations bring with them. She is very creative,  will keep you focused and will not overwhelm you. She is not afraid to make decisions FOR you and takes full responsibility for them.I highly recommend her for any size project!

She was spot on with paint color recommendations and put together a kitchen plan that I can’t wait to get started on.
