> Tom Gruber and his staff were very professional.  We were assigned a wonderful project manager who was extremely easy to work with and was onsite daily. We knew the prices of everything before we committed.  The projects were completed on time and on budget.  The subs were very knowledgeable, courteous and tidy.  We were in the house while construction was going on in two places and the project areas were sealed off and construction "mess" was contained.  We added a library and a mudroom and Tom really listened to my requests and came through on some different finishes that we requested ie. stained checkerboard floors in mudroom and straw in the drywall mud in the library.  The exterior brick and roofing material were professionally matched.  Tom's group worked seamlessly with our designer.  We made use of their computer program for schedules, changes, colors and questions. After a bad construction project out of state, Tom's professionalism was quite noticeable and very appreciated.  We would definitely call Gruber for future construction in a heartbeat.
