On 3/4, no delivery, so I checked their online order tool which did not work, and still doesn't work. I called and was told that my order was back-ordered at the factory until 3/26. No email, no call, no way I would have known if I hadn't called them. No delivery on 3/26, so I emailed them. Now they tell me that my order has been backordered AGAIN until 4/15, they can't guarantee that date, and the customer service rep cops an attitude and tells me if I don't like it, I can cancel my order. I will never place an order with this company again, and I recommend you don't either.
