> Letterman & Sons are outstanding contractors who are very honest, reliable and do great work.  I was recently away for 8 months and was able to leave my keys with them.  The transformed my 1960’s dated home into a beautiful modern home.  They kept in touch my text and email and I could not have been more pleased with their work.  I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to remodel or build a beautiful home.  They are simply the best.

> We highly recommend Letterman & Sons!  Most recently we had our patio covered.  My husband and I showed them a picture by Jon Brock which was in a magazine.  Joey researched this thoroughly.   He and his Dad, John, did a GREAT job!  We had a side view in the magazine and they were able to replicate it!  Actually, I honestly think they improved on Jon Brock's Design.  We had three estimates by equally reputable contractors.  The Letterman's are FAMILY ORIENTED, HONEST, TRUST-WORTHY, BRILLIANT, COMICAL, REASONABLE, and they take great PRIDE in their work.  I have a picture ..... Joey Letterman ..... maybe you can help me share it?  They also did our energy efficiency through KUB and we were sold on their work.  Also they corrected our shower in the master bedroom as well as a leaking roof that no one else could fix.  We found them through the KUB Energy Right Program several years ago.  You certainly get your money's worth!

> Letterman and Sons are the best contractor we have ever worked with.  Our project was a complete remodel of our kitchen - they tore out soffits, cabinets, and sheetrock and basically started over.  They did a superb job of putting plastic up to contain the dust and they cleaned up the work space at the end of every day.  They are very professional and do excellent work.  They rewired all of the electrical, put in new lights, redid the plumbing, did the backsplash, put up our new cabinets (the countertops were put in by another company but everything was prepared by the Lettermans before the countertops were put in).  Not only do they do very professional work but they are so easy to work with. They listen to what you want and do it right. If something is a little off they redo it. They are the best we have ever worked with and we highly recommend them.

They took our malfunctioning 120 year old kitchen room, opened up a wall, shored up our roof, put in a new ceiling, new floors, & new cabinets and did a professional job. > The Lettermans took on our kitchen remodel job in May. From the start, they were all about "customer service." They came to discuss our project and provide an estimate, several times at their own expense. They had the perfect balance between (1) listening to our "dream" ideas (what we thought we wanted the end-product to be) and (2) what was technically possible and (3) what they were comfortable taking on. In the end, their work created exactly what we had envisioned! They worked well with our architect, and they provided good subcontrators for things like plumbing and electrical. When they came up on some unforeseen structural conditions after the demolition phase, different from the architect's original guess, they worked with the architect to revise the design of the kitchen ceiling reconfiguration. During the construction process: customer service, customer service, customer service! That alone was well worth our hiring them for our job, but their technical work was equally excellent. We recommend them for your job, very, very, very much.

> Letterman and Sons have done two big renovation/refit jobs for me: rebuilding a second story deck that was in danger of collapse and adding a walk-in closet to my master bedroom. The craftsmanship and attention to detail for both are outstanding. The deck required a commercial crane and a specially ordered support beam to install. The interior closet converted an alcove to a much more useful closet, done in such a way that you can't tell the closet was installed after construction. Letterman kept the place meticulously clean throughout both projects, matched paint colors precisely, and did the work on time, on budget, as promised.  High quality work, attention to every detail, great problem solving when they bumped into something none of us anticipated. Great communication before and during the project. The prices were not cheap, but fair and reasonable and well worth the cost.  I highly recommend Letterman and Sons.

After the clean up team came in and everything dried out, we had Letterman and Sons come in and redo the ceiling and wall that was ruined by the water.  Joey and his employees were very courteous and informative from the beginning and completed the job to our specifications.  I have recommended him by word of mouth to others.
