> Found them through Houzz and completely regret it. Hired them for a big renovation in our home. They spoke to us as though we were at their mercy/design choices. The assistant was scatterbrained and disrespectful. She seemed too overwhelmed with her personal life to behave in a professional manner and respond to job related emails. Klint was nowhere to be found until we decided to cut ties on our project. He was aggressive and arrogant. We lost money on the project but gained some peace once we got rid of them. Please, please do not make the same mistake that we did!

In our very first conversation Klint talked about how the “last 10% of the job is the hardest to finish.”  ...All the trim work, paint, finishes, etc. that are done at the end of a job are what people are going to see and live with everyday. Klint understands this, and this is the top reason I hired him.

> We are SO HAPPY with our remodel and have gotten amazing feedback from friends, family, neighbors, etc. Klint remodeled our Downtown Penthouse Condo which was quite a challenge because of:  super strict HOA rules/laws, working hours (8am - 5pm only and no weekend work allowed), demo trash haul off-site, elevators, 3 story condo unit with A LOT of stairs, work space, parking, etc. His crew was GREAT, and we never once had any issues with the above.

He has worked for a major national builder in the past, (another reason I hired him) and has so much knowledge when it comes to building. > We hired them to remodel our kitchen and laundry room, which included new cabinetry, plumbing, electrical and flooring.  Millbrook provided us with multiple design options, and was able to provide 3D renderings so we could actually "see" the space.  They exhibited the utmost patience and flexibility during process of the design, even when we introduced new ideas after we started.  They managed all this while being conscious of our budget.  Unlike most contractors, they tried to keep us within our budget or under.
> Klint, John and all their crews showed the utmost respect to each of us ( including the family dog) while at our house, and were very polite and professional.  They also kept everything clean and tidy during the remodel, which isn't easy.  They provided us a very accurate timeline of our remodeling.  Each day we received an update, along with the objectives for the day.  Much to our amazement and excitement, they  finished the job a week early!

A: I honestly can not remember. We got it from Sherwin Williams. I will see if i can find it and if so i will post it.

A: There is a hidden compartment behind the pull-out drawer for the water valve.

**Q: Great design... How wide is the pull out? Was it custom built?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: We built custom to the washer and dryer with a 1" clearance to to right,left and top so they still could be removed easily.
