Yoder Homes & Remodeling is an experienced team of building professionals that focuses on the unique needs and desires of each and every client to deliver a quality product on time and within budget.

Construction has been a way of life for me as long as I can remember. Growing up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, I spent my summers working for my father's homebuilding company on various construction crews - learning all aspects of the building process along the way.

Wanting to venture out and experience new things, I headed west upon graduation, earning a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. After five years of working for General Electric, the lure of the building industry brought me back home to my roots, where I spent 17 years as president of Delagrange Homes, one of the largest homebuilding companies in northeast Indiana, with annual sales of about $30 million at its peak.

Many family vacations were spent throughout the years in Sarasota and we all fell in love with both the climate and beautiful landscape. So, it wasn't a difficult decision when in 2005 the opportunity came to sell Delagrange Homes and make this our permanent residence. Seeing a niche market in condo renovation, I founded Yoder Homes & Remodeling, starting out with smaller jobs that quickly grew in scope as our reputation for quality workmanship became well-known.

Over the past decade, I am pleased to say that Yoder Homes & Remodeling has experienced tremendous success, developing a large and loyal customer base. In fact, the majority of our business comes from word-of-mouth referrals! Establishing strong relationships with our homeowners, both during the building process and afterwards, is something we strive for and value. The design was innovative and contemporary, and Yoder Homes took on all of the difficult details and worked diligently to make sure everything was done right. Things always need to be redone in custom work, and their willingness to see every detail through until it was done correctly is rare. > We hired Yoder Homes to do a commercial renovation of our two bathrooms at our community pool. We had an interior flooding problem that was getting worse by the day and the entire floor had to be ripped out and regraded to a central floor drain. In addition, the moisture had travelled up the walls and created a real issue. The partitions were warping and rusted and totally replaced. All the work was done correctly and all items on our proposal completed to our specs. We couldn't be happier! The workers were very neat and clean and respectful of all the residents at the pool. Excellent company and I highly recommend them!

**Q: where can i purchase that beautiful vanity?** *(in Photo Questions)*

i'm looking for a turquoise bathroom vanity - 70-72" - preferably with double sinks. Thank you!

A: Jody, It was supplied by a designer that we only worked with on that project.  I do not have the manufacturer or color.  Most "higher" end cabinet companies will allow you to select custom colors and I assume that is what this is.

Can I ask what is the dimension of this shower? I loved the design and style both.

A: The dimensions of the shower area are approximately 8' by 5'

**Q: Love the deck. Is it tile?  Where can I get it?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It is a porcelain tile that was supplied by the designer.  We do not have record of where it came from.  The designer's name is Pamela Hughes, perhaps you can reach out to her.

**Q: What type of tile floor? Vinyl?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: No, it is a product called "shell stone".  You can google shell stone to learn more about the product.

**Q: Where did you get the mirror?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Kimberly, we actually made the mirror wood frame and laid the tile in the frame that matches the tile we used in the shower.
