> As a building contractor and land developer, I don't normally find myself in plumbing supply houses.  When a plumbing contractor and a competitor couldn't locate products I needed quickly, I took up the search and visited Wilkinson in Raleigh on a Saturday.  Short version of the story is I met Emily Fair who was courteous, professional and willing to search her warehouse to physically locate what I needed.  She found two units with the exact specs I requested and they were on my job site two days later.  If everyone at Wilkinson approaches their job in the manner demonstrated that day by Emily, I can't imagine why plumbers would look anywhere else.  Thank you Emily for replacing the stress of the situation with a great experience.

> When we launched into remodeling our 32 year old bathroom, there was no question where we would purchase our fixtures. Their selection of design possibilities and european fixtures is unmatched. Lori guided us through the monumental task of selecting "just the right" items. No one knows their products better than Wilkinson. We are pleased with the results. We wanted to create a spa like bathroom that would take care of us for the rest of our lives. I believe that we were able to do just that with the efforts of Lori. By the way, don't even consider purchasing bathroom fixtures "on-line". In doing my research, I found that I would not have saved anything by buying from an on-line company. Wilkinson made sure that all the parts and pieces were ordered correctly plus, they stand behind their products. > I was a walk-in customer, and even though what I was looking for was probably the smallest of needs, Emily spent a great deal of time talking with me and explaining to me the pros and cons of the wide variety of kitchen faucets available to replace our 4-year old renovation (not inexpensive) kitchen faucet.   I purchased and walked out with a kitchen faucet that has been perfect for our kitchen sink use!  A week later I decided to replace (again not inexpensive) 4-year old renovation shower head.  I emailed Emily what I was looking for; she responded during after business hours, having researched product options for me.  Her recommendation was once again spot on, and she made me feel as welcome and valued as a $100K client would have been.  She didn't try to oversell me on either product but recommended the best products to suit our family's needs!  Thank you, Emily!
