We had to hound them to provide basic answers as to why nothing was being completed on schedule, why no one was showing up as scheduled, why basic tasks had not been started and why simple in-stock items were never ordered. When we tried to walk away and get our money back, we received purported "invoices" for fees that were exponentially higher than what we'd previously agreed to, and the company still refuses to return the balance of our deposit for work they never performed.
