> They completely failed to meet every promised deadline and told numerous lies along the way. We had to hound them to provide basic answers as to why nothing was being completed on schedule, why no one was showing up as scheduled, why basic tasks had not been started and why simple in-stock items were never ordered. When we tried to walk away and get our money back, we received purported "invoices" for fees that were exponentially higher than what we'd previously agreed to, and the company still refuses to return the balance of our deposit for work they never performed. They just laid off a large number of their employees so seems like the company is very much struggling.

> Design Development is in the midst of Designing, renovating and decorating my beach house in Brandford. I've renovated many houses and apartments and I must say they are the best I've ever worked with. They are professional to a fault, bring the project in on time and on budget. There designers, builders, architects are all extremely talented and solved the many problems of restoring a classic 1900 beach cottage. Our desire was to keep it original yet modernize. It was an effortless task for them.
