> A photo is worth a thousand words. See my google review for photo and below of collapsed balcony! Our Windmiller home is falling apart the balcony is collapsing. For last 16 months they have not fixed it. We have advised after full contact review and engineer plans, that exterior grade as directed was never used. We are seeking legal remedies. I hope they come around and accept the structural responsibility and fix asap. If so, I will update this post. For now, looking at DFW Billboards near Viridian and other developments to warn others of this dangerous trap before buying such a home.

## Community Q&A

**Q: what is the color and brand of the wall tiles?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Any mirror or glass company should be able to make them for you...

**Q: whats the use of the stones...** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Just for looks..

**Q: Could this setup with wet area work with a steam unit?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Yes, but the steam unit cost is expensive for that size room.

**Q: Could you please tell me the brand and color of the floor tile?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Interceramic- Linen

**Q: wet area.** *(in Photo Questions)*

another quick question with respect to the master bath layout. would one feel cold during showering in this area of 6.5 X 12? also since our entry into this area will not have a glass door. it will be have the 2 glass panels on either side of this entry. the panels will be 50''(W) and 84"(tall). please give us your thoughts.

A: There is a glass panel that opens above the door in case you need to let steam out.

**Q: Cleaning of this combo area.** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can anyone please tell me if its difficult to keep such a shower tub combo area clean? we are building a new house and love this wet area but am a little concerned about keeping it clean and free from mildew.any info is appreciated.

A: Water doesn't hit the glass because of the size of the room. You can also apply rain-x to the glass which make it easy to maintain...
