See my google review for photo and below of collapsed balcony! Our Windmiller home is falling apart the balcony is collapsing. For last 16 months they have not fixed it. We have advised after full contact review and engineer plans, that exterior grade as directed was never used. We are seeking legal remedies. I hope they come around and accept the structural responsibility and fix asap. If so, I will update this post. For now, looking at DFW Billboards near Viridian and other developments to warn others of this dangerous trap before buying such a home. **★ — Angie Bruno, May 2022** > I would not recommend this builder!!!
