InForm Architecture provides professional design services to residential clients through a collaborative & client-engaging process. Careful listening & client involvement form the backbone of our approach as we work to help you discover & create a home that aligns with your needs, dreams & budget.  Based on our years of experience, we have developed a process that de-mystifies the design process, & proves useful for every project, no matter the size or complexity.  We think of our approach as a multi-course meal. 

First, the appetizer: 
Beginning with a site visit & an exchange of ideas, images, style preferences, & space needs, & followed by several rounds of concept design & review, our first course includes floor plans, 3-D color images, & an outline of the project scope.  With these documents, the builder you select can prepare a ball-park estimate.  The process is designed from start to finish to help you establish a direction for your project that fits you & your goals.

Between courses:  
When you are ready to continue with the project, construction drawings will be needed to get a precise estimate, to obtain a permit, & for construction.  Any changes you desire would be incorporated into the documents at this point.  

Entree Option \#1:  
Light Fare:  We offer a basic package that assumes that you have selected a builder & that you have enough time & interest to work with him/her closely throughout the construction project to make decisions & changes as desired.  A basic set of construction of documents will be adequate for obtaining a somewhat-refined estimate, & a building permit.

Entree Option \#2:  
Full Plate:  The comprehensive package puts more on paper before construction begins, resulting in well-defined cost-estimate, & fewer questions & changes during construction.  Services include detailed drawings & numerous site visits during construction.

Entree Option \#3:  
The Whole Enchilada:  The custom package includes an exploration of ways to fully integrate the design into all facets of the house prior to creating the construction documents.  This involves study of options for finishes, windows & doors, lighting layout & fixtures, energy-efficiency strategies, unique construction methods & details, & a LEED for HOMES submittal (if desired).
