We wanted to convert our wood burning fireplace to a gas fireplace for ambiance but more importantly as a source of efficient heat. Ken and Alison were very friendly and extremely helpful. They went over several options with us and then suggested the one they felt would be the best fit for us. We made our selections and scheduled an installation date. They even gave us the name of a plumber (who we used) to run the gas line to the fireplace. > > The installation went smoothly and we love the new fireplace. We still use the oil heat first thing in the morning for an initial warm up. Then as the house starts to get chilly, we click on the fireplace. The Smart Mode keeps the house at a very comfortable pre-set temperature throughout the day and into the evening. We've used significantly less oil and our overall heating costs have gone down quite a bit!
