Written and telephonic calls go without a response. No effort was made to explain the estimate differences nor a definitive way forward. It looks wonderful and gave us much more level ground space whereas before it was less and sloped dangerously downward near the top of the old wall. I hesitated getting that close to the edge it was so steep. Now? No problem whatsoever. I'd hire Ross Quilter for any job. Job was started & finished in about 3 days. OMG it is so ugly! We have a huge whirlpool tub with a platform that takes up half the bathroom and our sinks are as low as a child's sink, if there is such a thing.
