I made a huge mistake of going with Shasta after getting several bids thinking these guys were reputable. My salesperson was great and he is the reason I went with them but once the contract is signed and I took a loan out with their loan provider it’s been crickets. They have poor communication and lack of follow through. I’m now over two months in the process with them. My permits were approved over a month ago with zero follow through from them while I’ve already made my 2nd payment on my pool loan. They have major integrity issues saying they are waiting on the city to respond to emails about which pavers I chose over five months ago and then when I ask for proof of correspondence they don’t have it and the city says they didn’t get it. I was told by the grandson Skip that I will be prioritized meanwhile it’s been weeks and again no follow through. The so called project manager Vina has yet to speak with me and hasn’t responded to email. They send copy and paste emails stating “this is what to expect” and then nothing listed in the email actually happens. BUYER BEWARE!!! You don’t want to get stuck making payments while they do absolutely nothing on your project.
