They know the business of construction, but what impressed me the most was their integrity. They are open, honest, and sincere. Everything is very transparent with them. They have a website where they will update the progress of the construction on a regular basis. Any changes requested by the homeowner are immediately posted. If you happen to be out of town they will even post pictures of the construction process. They are on site often. If I had a question or concern about an issue, and they weren't present at the site, they would either immediately respond to a call or return the cal within 5 minutes. They communicate with the client very well. There doesn't appear to be any limit as to what they can handle in the way of the scope of a project. My project was a remodel/addition. It included demolition, a new roof, addition to the foundation, bathroom, in-floor heating etc. They kept things pretty much on schedule. When they had difficulty finding a sub-contractor to do a job, they accomplished the task themselves. I came to Houzz some months back shortly after buying this house and not loving the burgundy accent tile. Was advised to give up my dreams of chipping it off and trying some wallpaper instead... Excited to see the final! **Q: Staggered Upper Kitchen Cabinets** *(in Design Dilemma)* Just bought a house, I am changing the layout and refinishing the cabinets. I want to avoid buying as many cabinets as possible. Main sink is on the island, my secondary sink is going to be 20-22" wide, in a 24 base cabinet. above it i have a 30" upper cabinet or a 24" cabinet already, however I obviously dont want the bottoms to line up so i dont hit my head on the upper cabinets when using the prep sink. how would it look shifting up the cabinet 6". it is 2 cabinets away from the corner 42"H upper cabinet. Too much staggering going on? since the bottom nor the top will line up over the sink? buy the extra cabinet at 30"H upper so that the tops line up? A: To be honest, the staggering cabinets are not as desirable. I would keep the cabinets lined up. Keep us posted.
