I made sure I accommodated the time he could come and I spent a fair amount of time showing him the area and talking about the project. He also said he would tell his associate who would get in touch right away. He did not-- no one has called. It's been three business days since the initial meeting and I apologize that no one has called you yet to schedule the follow up meeting. We have used them for projects from small front entrance ways to comprehensive estate design, including complicated drainage plans substantial retaining walls. We did one major "renovation" of the entire one acre property and two additional projects when we added an addition to the house. Allan, our landscape architect, has always been an absolute pleasure to work with. He has beautiful designs that fall right in line with what we are looking for and is always willing to add or subtract to the design based on our needs. He works very hard to keep to our proposed budget by giving us options on plantings and stages of completion. Deadlines are always right on target. Allan was always on site during installation of plantings so that we could be sure that what looked good on the design translated to looking perfect in reality. The installation and maintenance crews (we have an annual maintenance plan with them) are polite, conscientious, knowledgeable (the maintenance supervisor) and very tidy. The lawn is a blend of Kentucky Bluegrass and Fescue.
