A: Search for Angela Westmore on Houzz. She's the designer/architect and might have some info for you. However, the homeowner is more likely to know and I don't know her name. Sorry.

A: As the photographer, this was shot for a magazine and I don't have specific technical info. Sorry

This is very similar to what we want to do. We would have the back of an interior fireplace jutting out on the left end (looking toward the house) we have a bedroom window. Door from house to patio is middle. We estimate full size of slam to 10x20.
