We have 20+ years’ experience in the construction & design industry.  We have a diverse & well-rounded background with various project types such as… Custom residential homes, landscaping structures/features, corporate environments, retail, healthcare, education, museums, horse barns & riding arenas… to name a few.

We plan the project accordingly, we design thoroughly and thoughtfully, and lead our construction crew to a successful end product. Getting back to basics… honesty and integrity is the bottom line. There was a quote that was shared with me years ago and I hold this to be very true:  “a person with integrity lets time prove them right”.  When it comes to projects... our clients appreciate that we are straight forward with them. We give them the facts and we offer a solution.

April drafted several floor plans to show me different renovation options, which was very helpful.  They spent time counseling me on design options that would help me stay within budget.  Everything turned out beautifully!  I would definitely recommend Scott and April for any home improvement projects, large or small.

A: Hi! Thank you for asking. The grout color was a warm dark gray.  The specific color name and brand I don't have at the moment.  Thank you for the compliment!  The homeowners are quite delighted with it too!

A: Countertop is White Carrera Marble with a white porcelain rectangular under-mount sink

A: The wall color is Sherwin Williams "Taupe Tone" SW7633

**Q: What color Is shower tile?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The shower wall tile is a Marble tile - "Silver Shadow" distributed by Barcelona Tile & Stone, Charlotte, NC. It's a 12x12 tile that we cut down to a 4x12 placed in a running-bond pattern. The 12x12 tile had a 1/16"-1/8" chamfered edge detail that we mimicked on each piece to create to consistent look/finish. The floor tile is a travertine basket-weave mosaic tile. "Taishan Ivory Niles Weave" distributed by The Tile Shop, Charlotte, NC.

A: Hello! The paint color is Sherwin Williams. SW 7633 "Taupe Tone".  The trim and wainscot is SW 7636 "Origami White". The ceiling is SW 7631 "City Loft".
