The 1st project was a smashing success. I am very happy so far with his performance, professionalism, among many other qualities Tim possesses. I have also built several homes in the past and Tim is by far the most effective and adept builder I have ever used. My first project was to completely renovate an apartment I have at a major hotel/condo in Hollywood. The process took 4 months from start to finish and the finished product is excellent. I routinely hear from the room service staff that my unit is the nicest they have seen in the entire building. Most notably, the hotel hired several "world class" designers on other model units and my unit stand out from the crowd. > > I am currently working on a large 10,000 sq ft home in Hermosa Beach with Tim.
