> This is a terrible company. The sink fell down. According to another expert they did not use enough material to glue it. I had them come back once when the finish the job because they did not use enough glue underneath the granite. Now the sink fell down. They disassembled the pip and did not put it back. They refused to pay for the Plummer to put it back together.

> While installing our granite I noticed a crack in the stone. The installers called their supervisior and they were told it most likely was a fissure. A fissure does not change the plane of the stone and you can run your fingernail over it smoothly. A crack changes the plane and when you run your fingernail over it there is an obvious bump. I can put my nail in the crack and there is an obvious bump. They sent a guy out to look at it and after a long argument he said there is nothing they can do. I have gone from disappointment to anger. I waited a long time for this kitchen and picked a beautiful stone and now all I see is the crack in it. Beware. This company was truly a disappointment.

> This company was used to install granite in. Our new house. One piece of the granite had a small piece missing from the granite. When I contacted the owner of Superior Granite, he told me it was filled with epoxy. He also said that this was "normal". I paid $3,000.00 for new granite, not granite with a chip in it that was filled with epoxy. I urge everyone to look at other company's for their granite needs. In marketing, I learned that every person has the ability to influence 10 people or more, positively or negatively. I intend to do my part with a lot more than 10 people. This company has terrible ownership, terrible products, and terrible business practices.

> With all due respect sir, we find your chain of events, and review to be very false. You bought a production built home, with that being said, our contract is with the builder, therefore all dealings were dealt directly with the builder, and not the home buyer. It is very common that natural stone may have small epoxy/resin fillers that do not compromise the performance nor the quality of the stone. Although industry standard would be to simply fill a minor small chip, without any additional warranty, not only did we offer a lifetime warranty, we went above & beyond and offered the builder replacement of the countertop. Your builder informed us you accepted the repair, and rejected the offer because you did not want to wait the 2-3 days for replacement. We are having trouble understanding why you are going onto several review sites leaving false reviews, when you accepted the product. Regardless, we have a clean company conscience knowing you received a quality product & service.

> We recently renovated a 1970's home and had granite countertops installed in the kitchen, and three bathrooms.  We had an excellent experience with Superior Granite.  We worked with India, and she was extremely knowledgeable.  I would recommend Superior Granite to anyone who was looking for new countertops.  They have a great inventory as well.  We had a minor hiccup with a measurement in the kitchen, and they came out immediately to re-measure and were out a few days later to reinstall.

A: Hi Bonnie, thanks for your interest! This project was a remodel where they worked with existing flooring; however, yes it does seem to be a neutral beige tone.

I love this calcite , but how difficult is it to maintain? I entertain a lot .will it be a problem?

A: Hi Linda - Thank you for your interest in Superior Granite! Calcite's are a bit harder than marble, therefore are a bit more practical for kitchen application. We recommend resealing calcite semi annually, use a mild cleanser, and place hot items on trivets/hot plates. When cared for correctly these stones will last a lifetime.
