> We hired Modus for a full tear-down/design/build of a single family residence in downtown Chicago.  From planning through construction and post build the attention to detail was beyond expectations.  They worked with us to remain on budget and were conscience of a demanding timeline.  We would have no hesitation in hiring Modus for our next project and highly recommend Scott and Dan.
