A lot of lies from Luke the head of construction and Danielle in the design center. When they first started building, we noticed our backyard was mostly a hill. We asked if they would sod up the hill and we were told yes, they would even sod around the trees. Come to the time of sodding they went three feet up and said they could not go any further. There was also a 3-foot dip in our yard from the house to the hill. We asked if that would be leveled. They said yes that they would bring in dirt and level it. Come the time they did not level. I called Luke to explain what was happening. His response was that I was lucky he took my call and hung up on me. We now still have a dip with standing water because our neighbors yard drains into ours and we do not have proper drainage. Another disappointing issue. They were back ordered on the original floor we wanted so they gave us a couple options to choose from. After seeing it in our home it was nothing like the original, we wanted. We had a meeting at the house and the only option they gave us was stopping the build until we decided to stay with the floor or paying $14,000.00 to replace it. The list goes on and on but those were the major issues. We spent half a million dollars and think we should have been treated with a little more respect. Mind you I was pregnant going through this process. Very stressful to say the least.
