Following 30 years of construction service in Illinois, Craig Smith started Smith Construction & Drafting, LLC in 2009 by selling his design visions to potential buyers in the Lake area. By adding his own crews and equipment, sales quickly grew and projects began lining up.

He had great ideas and we relied on him to make many decisions for us. The trim moulding he included with the house is wonderful. For a new house, remodel or addition at the lake, we would recommend Smith Construction & Drafting, LLC and Craig Smith.
