Over the years it continued to settle till the deep end tilted 5" out of level. There were some structural cracks in shell and on deck. > Remedy was to demo screen, deck and level beam of shell along with using Tourqe Lock Staples on structural cracks. New plumbing, tile, paver deck with coping and the finishing touch an outdoor pergola raised wood deck and 2 waterbowl fountains. > Now it looks brand new and up to date for a great outside living area. **★★★★★ — Navid Nouri, Aug. 2015** > I'm an owner builder in Oviedo, FL who was working with a pool designer that had bailed on my project. After spending money on a design I hate, I'm looking for suggestions. I want a HUGE deck. The pool ends where the man is standing. For the patio I'm thinking pavers. I'd like to extend into the grass, and hide the septic lids. A: From the photos you have some site issues including slope, drainfields and elevations to be considered in design. First you need to locate exact location of septic tanks and drainfields, stakes and paint works. In most municipalities you have to stay 5' away from tanks and drainfield. After locating the drainfield on site the locations need to be put on scale drawing with house to start with a pool plan. Then the style, size of pool and location along with deck elevations and how they will tie into existing decks and house. Hopefully some of this is on your existing pool plan to work with? what part of country are you located in? **Q: Need help neighbor issues** *(in Pools & Spas)* I am building a swimming pool my house I've already signed the contract gave a check for the down payment. initially spoke to my neighbor if it's Okay due to the tight access we need to use a small bobcat and They will have to go through his lawn to get to my backyard, his concerns were the motor it's quite noisy so could I put the pump and motors on the other side of the house facing the other neighbors, so I agreed to that. yesterday before we start final digging I went to him as a courtesy and said hey we're starting tomorrow he's like yeah after thinking about it I'm not going to give you permission to go through my property...wtf what are my options A: Do you have pictures of either side for access? With a Bobcat dig you should be able to get by with 5' to 6' ? Sometimes it means moving existing landscape or creative thinking. I have never not been able to dig a pool. **Q: Where to put mosaic tiles besides bathroom or kitchen** *(in Design Dilemma)* Hi everyone, We sell gorgeous mosaic tiles that are very popular for kitchens & outside areas but I am sure they can be put to another use as well and shine in other spaces. I have been using for over 10 years and was one of the first users before it was Pool Studio. **Q: Need Swimming Pool designs for this small outdoor backyard** *(in Design Dilemma)* A: Looks like a classic design would work the best? Need to see house area and focal point to make pool blend with house and great looking classic brick fence.
