> Worked with Julie for months on a project for one of her clients. We worked tirelessly providing her with multiple quotes, and discounts. We asked on several occasions for specs so we could provide her with an accurate quote and didn’t get those specs until 4 months later. When we sent her an updated quote she became angry and belligerent because the price was higher than she expected. She contacted our senior managers and said she sent the specs  and accused us of misleading her even though she was never able to produce an email showing that she sent us the specs. We will never work with her again. Instead of her being accountable for not sending us the specs we asked for countless times, she attempted to tarnish our reputation by lying and accusing us of price gouging.
