> Johnson and Johnson failed to manage and complete work as agreed. He did not complete work in sequence resulting in charges for rework, started multiple projects that were part of the job and didn’t finish any, failed to run gas and water lines to a new kitchen, failed to assure that electrical met code, did not complete HVAC installation as agreed, cabinets he ordered and delivered were not what was agreed to. He was paid a fee to manage my project and failed to deliver.  Don’t use him-you will be sorry!
