The attic was just open and not finished prior to that and had vents to the open air. We actually interviewed another quality contractor in the area that was stumped on how to add two bedrooms given the locations of our dormers. With Sunrise, we came up with a solution to remove the roof and reposition the dormers so we had a center attic stairway and perfectly centered dormers.
