We met Mark in person once, and gave him our graph paper drawn house plan. He then (over about 4 weeks) developed an accurate, buildable version. Through phone conferences (we live out of town) we made a number of changes as Mark explained the realities of trusses and windows and such, and through this very collaborative effort we came up with a final plan. Along the way we asked for modifications, some structural and some more cosmetic, and Mark readily accommodated us, while advising us on the pros and cons of each step. Mark alerted us as we approached our budgeted total for blueprint development, and we agreed we had reached a good final plan. Mark then provided us and our builder with a link for the blueprints and plan.
