Our estimate was no pressure, no hassle. The estimator basically said, "This is our product, this is what it does, and we stand behind our product and installation." We have been happy with this company and product every step of the way. We have replaced 8 of 14 windows in our house so far and the difference in temperature, clarity of light, and noise reduction is already noticeable. The installation process was a breeze. As it was a very cold December day they only removed and installed one window at a time in order to minimize heat loss. (Unlike our neighbor who had 5 windows wide open for most of the day during their recent replacement using another company.) The installers were kind and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. The follow-up since installation has also been friendly and prompt.
